CERTIFIED WORKERS
COMPENSATION
SPECIALIST:

Tim Kennedy is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers' Compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court
SERVING ALL OF PA FROM SUBURBAN PHILADELPHIA AND REGIONAL SATELLITE OFFICES
Attorney Timothy Kennedy has been certified as a SPECIALIST IN THE PRACTICE OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Mr. Kennedy obtained his law degree (Juris Doctor) in 1992 from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey, a highly competitive law school rated as one of the best in the country.  Mr. Kennedy there had the very great honor of becoming a Law Review Editor, a distinction recognized by other lawyers as the mark of a truly ambitious and hard-working attorney.   Tim was also a dean's list scholar and worked in the coveted position of research and writing assistant for the internationally known constitutional law expert who drafted the constitution of the Russian Republic in 1991 and forty other national constitutions world-wide.  Tim also obtained perhaps the most impressive and immediate success of anyone in his law school class, securing a summer associate position with a large and prestigious Philadelphia firm after just his first year of legal study.

Graduating in 1992, Tim immediately took and passed the Pennsylvania Bar examination and was admitted to practice that same year.  By that time, he was no longer interested in leading or even joining the herd pursuing large firm practice.  Instead, Tim was committed to representing injured individuals and helping people to use the legal system as a means to better their lives - advancing and protecting the rights of workers who found themselves caught up in a legal system where insurance companies seek to depict honest victims of work-related injuries as if they were frauds.  Tim wanted to take on the insurance companies, as a litigator fighting for individuals.

For more than twenty years, Tim has concentrated his practice on representing injured workers, persons who have suffered serious personal injuries, the families and survivors of those who have been killed on the job or died due to the effects of work-related illnesses or injuries.  He knows the law and he knows the practice.

Mr. Kennedy has established himself as a uniquely skilled and accomplished Philadelphia area litigation attorney, certified by authority of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as a Workers' Compensation law specialist.  He is appreciated by his clients, respected by his colleagues and feared by his adversaries.

The Law Offices of Timothy Kennedy maintains a primary office in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, convenient to the Blue Route and at the very center of the five county Philadelphia region.  The office address for all correspondence is:
